Aha-Soft has released its icon editing tool IconXP 3.15. The IconXP v3.15 offers variety of drawing, painting, and editing tools optimized for creating and editing small graphics. The Software helps users create native Windows XP icons that contain smooth edge over any background, and includes ability to capture transparency while moving or copying images. RGB lock mode helps modify pixel's transparency while keeping their color, while transparency lock mode allows users to alter pixel's color while freezing its transparency.
Apart from the True Color video mode IconXP has no special software of hardware requirements and will run on any Windows 98 and higher machine. The IconXP costs $29.95(US). The trial version is fully functional but expires after 30 days trial.
