• The FM25L04-GA 4Kb, 3V, serial peripheral interface (SPI) F-RAM is Grade 1 AEC-Q100-specified to operate over the automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is guaranteed to retain data for 9,000 hours at that extreme temperature.
• Designed into advanced powertrain systems where FRAM is required to record data quickly and frequently so that the gearbox can continually adapt itself to changing driver behavior and road conditions.
