Cornell Dubilier Releases Dry, 100 °C HID Lighting Capacitors

Cornell Dubilier has announced a series of HID lighting capacitors in a dry construction. Type DL capacitors are rated for 60,000 hr life at 100 °C and are targeted for application in high intensity discharge lighting fixtures. Rated for 60,000 hr life at 100°C, the Model DL capacitors are targeted for applications in high intensity lighting fixtures. Capacitance values range from 5 to 75 µF and voltage range from 120 to 400 Vac. Device is packaged in cylindrical plastic cases, measuring 300 to 50 mm dia and 55 to 117 mm in length.
