Portable storage solution enables high volume graphic/video files at 2.4GBps bandwidth

( 01 Jun 2008 )

The new MiniBOD - XJ-SA01-08-A1 offers the most high-performance, portable storage solution available for post-production, video/graphic editing, mission-critical content development and management applications. With its lightweight and small-footprint design, the MiniBOD is highly portable, allowing users to save and access mission-critical files to eight (8x) Small Form Factor (SFF) 2.5-inch SAS/SATA drives.

This powerful and compact storage device allows high IOPS storage reads and writes at up to 2.4GBps bandwidth, supporting up to 1.2TB of storage. In addition, the MiniBOD offers plug and access, with the ability to connect to host servers of the same RAID configuration through the SFF8088 connector.
