M6261 New Single Mode 8-Strand Fiber Optic Switch

Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL) has announced its QuickSwitch Model 6261 8-Strand LC Simplex Fiber Optic Mirror A/B Switch. The QuickSwitch Model 6261 8-Strand LC Simplex Fiber Optic Mirror A/B Switch has capability of sharing 8 fiber optic LC strands connected to common port among 2 other sets of 8 strands connected to A and B ports. All switched signals are passed via mirror relays that maintain their position and continuity, even in event of power loss. Switch position can be controlled from 10 Base-T LAN Ethernet environment or from front panel pushbutton, which can be locked out using RS-232 Telnet commands.
