SL Power Launches Series of High Power Supplies

SL Power Electronics has announced model in a new series of high power supplies for the commercial and medical systems markets. The GEM600 is a fan-cooled, 600W single output power supply which is for use in distributed power systems. Outputs range from 24 to 48V, adjustable within ± 5%, while input can be between 90 and 264VAC. GEM600 series employs the latest high frequency switch-mode technology to maximize conversion efficiency. Measuring 11.81 by 5 by 2.79in, the units are DEMKO-EN60950-1, IEC60950-1, UL/CSA 60950-1 and 60601-1 certified. In addition, an active PFC, OVP, power fail and low inhibit are all standard features. The GEM600 series is EMI/RFI-compliant and has efficiency ratings of greater than 80 percent with MTBF of 208,000 hours. It can be modified to meet unique power or connectivity requirements. SL Power Electronics also can design a custom solution to meet specific OEM requirements and private label marking needs. The Condor GEM600 is priced at $170.00 for OEM production quantities.
