OnSSI Releases NetDVMS 6.5 Enterprise-Scale NVR

On-Net Surveillance Systems Inc. (OnSSIhas has released its version 6.5 of NetDVMS, its network video recorder (NVR) and camera management software, a key component in the OnSSI Ocularis platform. As core component of Ocularis Platform, the NetDVMS 6.5 enables users to monitor and record audio from camera-connected microphones and also stream audio from control room to camera-connected sound systems, allowing 2-way audio interaction with video-monitored persons. Software supports different frame-rate video streams for live monitoring and recording, resulting in efficient data transport and reduced CPU loads. In addition, v6.5 adds support for MxPEG compression.
