Anderson Power Products Offers Sb Connector Series

Anderson Power Products has rolled out an addition to its increasingly dual pole, the SB Connector Line. The SB Connector Series is made of a high performance PBT material and was created for customers with applications that must perform in harsh environments. Applications include Automotive, Industrial and Electronics where hydrocarbons, solvents and high or low temperatures could degrade the insulator material and potentially cause connector failure. Features include outstanding UV resistance, preventing damage to the connector from prolonged sun exposure, increased high and low temperature performance for harsh conditions, (-40° to 130°C / -40° to 266°F) and superior resistance to hydro carbons and solvents used in automotive applications. The connector is also intermateable and interchangeable with APP’s standard SB connector line for backward compatibility while upgrading existing solutions. The HP SB Connector line provides reliability and safety for product’s manufacture, installation and maintenance. Products are UL recognized from 50 amps up to 350 amps and rated at 600V AC or DC operation and with connection under load capability up to 100 amps. Housings are mechanically keyed to ensure only connectors of the same color will mate. Connectors are offered in red or gray: Contact the factory for additional colors.
