Hilscher Launches Communication Interface for Real-Time Ethernet

Hilscher GmbH has developed its netIC communication interface for simple integration of Real-Time Ethernet end devices for automation technology such as control, a drive, a simple actuator or sensor. With surface area of 45 x 25 mm, the netIC Communication Interface Module enables integration of real-time Ethernet end devices for automation technology such as control, drive, actuator, or sensor. It is possible to accommodate any 2 Ethernet connections for Profinet, PowerLINK, Ethernet IP, SERCOS III, EtherCAT, Modbus, and TCP/IP. Compatible with industry standard and plugged into existing IC socket in device, module includes integrated switch, hub, and 3.3 V power supply.
