Maxim Launches Single/Dual MOSFET Drivers

(Top News, 23 May 2008 )

Maxim Integrated Products has introduced its MAX15024/MAX15025 high-speed, single/dual MOSFET drivers in a thermally enhanced, 3mm x 3mm, TDFN package. The models MAX15024/MAX15025 high-speed, single/dual MOSFET gate drivers operate from 4.5-28 V supply and can withstand transients up to 30 V. They feature propagation-delay matching of 2 nsec between channels, and less than 17 nsec from part to part. Offered in 3 x 3 mm TDFN package, devices are fully specified over -40 to 125°C automotive temperature range. Model MAX15024 sinks 8 A and sources 4 A of peak current, while Model MAX15025 sinks and sources 4 A of peak current. The MAX15024/MAX15025 are fully specified over the -40°C to +125°C automotive temperature range. They are available in a 3mm x 3mm, 10-pin TDFN package with an exposed pad that is capable of dissipating up to 2W at +70°C ambient temperature. Prices start at $1.01 (1000-up, FOB USA).
