EarthLCD Expands Flexibility of its ezLCD 10X Series

EarthLCD has integrated Lua scripting language capabilities into their ezLCD-10X series of programmable color TFT LCD Modules. The Lua is an embedded scripting language that adds further flexibility to the ezLCD-10X Series product, which speeds development time for products requiring a graphical user interface (GUI). Available in 3.5, 6.4, 8, and 10.4 in., ezLCD-10X Series incorporates LCD, controller, LCD driver circuitry, processor, and graphic controller. Integrated Lua scripting language combines simple procedural syntax with data description constructs based on associative arrays and extensive semantics, speeding development time for products requiring GUI. Compliant with RoHS, modules include touch screen, USB 2.0, true RS-232, SD/MMC, and SPI communication ports. The LCD modules, industrial LCD touch monitors, custom LCD solutions, LCD touch screens, industrial LCD displays, all-in-one panel PC's, single board computers, and LCD controller cards.
