• The R-78Bxx-1.0 and R-78Bxx-1.5 high efficiency 1A and 1.5A switching regulators have efficiencies of up to 95 percent
• Pin-compatible with the 0.5A R-78xx-0.5-series and with the common 78xx linear regulators
• Do not require a heat sink, making it suitable for applications where board space is at a premium and a heat sink cannot be used
• Offer wide input ranges from 4.75 to 34Vdc and output voltages from 1.5 to 15Vdc.
• Non-isolated and feature built-in short circuit protection and thermal shutdown
• Measure 0.69” x 0.45” x 0.35"
