• The MC501EA 2.2um 1/10 inch CMOS sensor integrates VGA resolution with an advanced image signal processor to enable compact 5mm x 5mm x 3mm camera modules
• Provides low noise 10-bit ADC and scene adaptive control, noise filtering, color processing and edge enhancement, resulting in crisp, true color images
• Supports an ITU-R BT.656 parallel video interface and has low EMI emission
• Can be configured to support host devices with 1.8V, 2.5V or 2.8V digital I/O voltages.
