IRC Offers High Voltage Chip Resistors for Voltages up to 3KV

TT electronics IRC is offering a thick film chip resistor with resistance values to 100 MOhms. The HVC Series thick film resistors feature high voltage operation in 1206, 2010, and 2512 package sizes, with power ratings of 0.3, 0.5, and 1 W and rated voltages of 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 V, respectively. They have 100 k to 1 M resistance range, with tolerances to 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and 5%, maximum overload voltage to 4.5 kV, and -55 to +155°C operating temperature range. Units offer less than -25 ppm voltage coefficient and ±100 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. Typical pricing for the HVC Series resistors is approximately $0.50 in minimum order
quantities of 10,000 pieces. Lead time is from stock to 8 to 9 weeks.
