Including turret stage that can hold up to 16 samples at once, the Model EDX-6000B compact desktop unit automatically analyzes multiple samples. Model EDX-660 suits mining and geological applications, while EDX-6000B aids RoHS testing, metallurgy, and building materials analysis.
