Southco Offers Inject/Eject Mechanisms for cPCI Boards

Southco has announced a family of inject/eject mechanisms for circuit boards to satisfy the specifications of CompactPCI (cPCI) applications with ergonomic operation. Compatible with all cPCI board sizes used in telecom, industrial, and military embedded computing applications, the RoHS-compliant inject/eject mechanisms for circuit boards feature handle optimized for grip along with release action to facilitate use. Inject/eject handles engage with mounting rail to ensure positive connection as cPCI board is inserted into backplane connector. Operating button on each ejector is accessible and protected against accidental actuation.
