Z-Com Launches UHF Band VCO--CLV0895A-LF

Z-Communications (Z-Com) Inc. has rolled out its RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CLV0895A-LF in UHF band. Featuring typical phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and tuning sensitivity of 30 MHz/V, the CLV0895A-LF operates in UHF band from 750-1,040 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5-11.5 Vdc. RoHS-compliant VCO, designed to deliver typical output power of 0 dBm at 3.3 Vdc supply while drawing 15 mA (typ) over -40 to +85ºC range, offers typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -13 dBc and comes in 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.22 inch MINI package. The CLV0895A-LF is suited for fixed wireless and digital radio applications that require ultra low phase noise performance.
