Z-Com’ CLV1681A-LF Features Low Typical Phase Noise

Z-Communications has released its oscillator (CLV1681A-LF) in L-band (1651-1711 MHz) featuring low typical phase noise of -97dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. Operating from 1,651-1,711 MHz, the L-Band Model CLV1681A-LF covers bandwidth between 2-4.4 V and offers typical tuning sensitivity of 59 MHz/V. The unit delivers typical power output of 0 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 11 mA over extended temperature range of -40 to 85°C. Housed in MINI package with low shield measuring 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.13 inch, RoHS-compliant oscillator is suited for base station and other applications that require good phase noise performance.
