Access Announces Family of Programmable Keyboards

Access has announced a family of AKC programmable keyboards. Comprised of 84 standard models with 42-127 keys, the AKC series features integral DigitalPersona U.are.U fingerprint readers that recognize fingerprints regardless of placement angle. All models, except 80-key version, are available with optional magnetic stripe readers, and touchpads are available on various models. Custom key top layouts, legends, and customer logos as well as full custom layouts are available, and software lets users create their own key configurations. The AKC keyboards use switches with a life of over 50 million operations. Their cases are either cool white or grey, to match industry-standard peripherals.
