Omega has introduced its OS4000 series of industrial high speed fiber optic infrared transmitters. With adjustable emissivity from .05 to .99, the OS4000 Series industrial high speed fiber optic infrared transmitters are capable of measuring temperature from 392-2,912°F using 3 standard optical fields of view and 3 standard fiber optic cable lengths. CE compliant units feature built in laser sighting for lens probe positioning, linear analog output (1 mV/°, 0/5 Vdc, 0/10 Vdc, or 4-20 mA), fiber optic gain adjust, RS232 interface, and Windows based PC interface software. Price starts at $1495.
