Elma Announces Easy-Assembly 1U EMC Enclosure

Elma Electronic Inc has announced its 19" EMC enclosure in a 1U height, called the "SlimKit". Supplied in 1U height and 240 mm or 360 mm depth, the enclosure provides EMC performance without separate gaskets. Covers of chassis have EMC tabs that provide protection, while sidewalls have punched and formed EMC spoons that provide extra EMI/RFI suppression. As enclosure has EMC built into sheet metal, fewer screws are required. The SlimKit is available in 240mm and 360mm depths and other chassis heights are available. Optional accessories include grounding terminals and tilt feet in grey or black.
