TFS Launches Tribology Cell for Rheometer Line

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. has launched its tribology cell for its rheometer product line. The Rheometers featuring normal force sensor, such as HAAKE MARS or HAAKE RheoStress 6000, and equipped with optional tribology cell are capable of analyzing bearing material tribological behavior. Cell consists of SS lower/upper measuring geometry. Lower is designed as reservoir and enables friction measurements of bearing materials with/without lubricant, while upper is equipped with flexible shaft to ensure concentric position of ball made of steel or other materials.
