Ideal StripMaster Wire Stripper Processes 2,200 Wires

Ideal Industries has launched its Stripmaster Model 45-940 which is a compact pneumatic wire stripper that enhances the capabilities of OEMs in high-production wire processing operations by stripping up to 2200 pieces per hour. With dimensions of 4.42 x 12.92 x 5.78 inches, the Stripmaster Model 45-940 automatically measures, strips, and cuts wire insulations from No. 30 AWG to No. 8 AWG. Adjustable strip length control, combined with internal automatic triggers, assures accurate strips from .060-1 in. To keep track of production lot quantities and total strips, unit has built-in, resettable cycle counter, along with electronic cycle control with LCD display that monitors settings of blade openings and strip lengths. The Model 45-950 weighs only 8 pounds, and saves valuable table space with its compact 4.42" (w) x 12.92" (d) x 5.78" (h) dimensions.
