Digital Microscope Camera Captures HD Images and Video

VEE GEE Scientific has announced its VanGuard H2 digital microscope camera for the documentation and archival of clinical, life science, and industrial laboratory analysis. Installed on microscopes with existing camera port or standard eyepiece tube, the VanGuard H2 uses ½ inch CMOS image sensor to deliver images onto computer monitor via USB 2.0 cable. The camera offers 1,600 x 1,200 resolution for documentation/archival of clinical, life science, and industrial laboratory analysis. TWAIN-compatible unit has max video capture rate of 40 fps and does not require separate power supply. Imaging software, included, gives users control of advanced camera settings.
