Rockwell Introduces Advanced Vacuum Contactor Technology

Rockwell Automation has introduced its Allen-Bradley IntelliVAC Plus controller, an advanced vacuum contactor control solution. Featuring universal input voltage, altitude compensation, and power loss ride-through, the IntelliVAC Plus Controller provides flexible digital control for 400 A, 800 A, electrically held, and mechanical latch contactor types. Unit includes embedded self-diagnostics, real-time clock, contactor close-time monitoring, and tracking of contactor usage. It is supplied with standard DeviceNet communications with Allen-Bradley DeviceLogix control.
