Red Laser Diodes from LASER COMPONENTS

LASER COMPONENTS has offered high power laser diodes in the red spectral range for use in photodynamic therapy, medical imaging and diagnostic systems, DPSS laser displays, lighting, or process control. Available in hermetically sealed 9 mm TO housing, the Models ML1468, ML1504, and ML1469 high power laser diodes are suited for photodynamic therapy, medical imaging and diagnostic systems, and DPSS laser displays. With operating temperatures of up to 50°C, Models ML1468 and ML1469 deliver optical cw power of 220 and 350 mW at 635 and 690 nm wavelengths, respectively, out of 50 x 1 µm stripe. Operated only at room temperature and with active cooling system, ML1504 reaches 500 mW.
