GFI MailEssentials' Two Anti-Spam Engines

GFI has announced a version of its anti-spam and anti-phishing software GFI MailEssentials. The Version 14 ships with an additional anti-spam engine that will improve spam capture rates out of the box with minimal configuration. The GFI MailEssentials 14 also features a dashboard and reporting functionality. Offering dashboard and reporting functionality, the GFI MailEssentials v14 captures over 98% of spam with minimal false positives and also detects/blocks phishing emails. Solution can also add email management tools to mail server, including disclaimers, mail monitoring, Internet mail reporting, list server, server-based auto replies, and POP3 downloading. Additional anti-spam engine, SpamRazer, is frequently updated and provides second layer of protection/filtering.
