RoHS Compliant VCO from Z-Communications

Z-Communications, Inc. has announced a RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CLV0975B-LF in UHF-band. Operating from 820-1170 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5-15 Vdc, the RoHS-compliant CLV0975B-LF features typical phase noise of -109 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and typical tuning sensitivity of 31 MHz/V. It is designed to deliver typical output power of 0.25 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 20 mA (typ) over -40 to +85şC range. VCO offers typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -12 dBc and comes in 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.22 in. MINI package with shield. The CLV0975B-LF is suited for digital radio applications that require superior linear tuning and ultra low phase noise performance.
